At Pet Supermarket, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all pet fashion items. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack the Pet Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet hair has been removed and tags are intact to meet our hygiene standards.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
